1. What Everycork is

Everycork is a wine cellar log: what you own, where it sits, when to drink it, and what you opened. It is an inventory, not advice. It gives no drinking, investment or valuation advice, and a drink window is a reminder you set yourself, not a readiness or health judgement.

2. Who sells what

• WaveApp LLC makes Everycork and licenses it to you.
• The Apple App Store or Google Play sells Pro and is the merchant for that payment. Payment, tax, renewal and refunds follow the store's rules; see the refund page.

3. Your licence

You may install and use Everycork on devices you control, for your own cellar. You must meet the store's age rating for the app and be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. You must not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or interfere with the app, with store billing or with anyone else's device, and you must not use it to break the law.

4. Your content

• Everything you record, import or photograph stays yours. We claim no rights in it.
• You must have the right to import the data you bring, for example your own spreadsheet.
• Your cellar never leaves your device. See the privacy page.
• A record you already created is never locked because you did not pay. Reading, search, manual add, single remove, CSV import and export and your history are free, always.

5. Paying

• Free covers reading, manual add, storage, search, single remove, CSV import and export, and history. Pricing is never by bottle count.
• Pro adds label capture by camera, batch operations, the visual bin grid and drink-window reminders. It costs $49.99 per year, $6.99 per month, or $129.99 once for lifetime.
• A 30-day trial of everything starts on first launch, with no card and no store involvement. It converts to nothing: when it ends you drop to Free and all of your data stays.
• The price on the store's checkout screen, in your currency, is the one that counts.
• A subscription renews under the store's rules until you cancel it there. Restore purchase runs off the store receipt.

6. Wine data and text recognition

The bundled wine name database is the LWIN list, © Liv-ex, used under its Creative Commons licence with fields trimmed. Name autocomplete and label text recognition are accelerators, not gates, and either can match wrongly. Check an entry before relying on it.

7. Changes and availability

We will change features and prices only across releases, never inside one. We do not promise that the app is free of defects or always available; we do promise that an update never removes content you created. Capability given away on Free is never moved behind the paywall later.

8. Ending

You can stop using Everycork at any time, export your cellar and run "Delete cellar data". A purchase you already made stays with the store under its rules.

9. Warranty

Everycork is provided as is. Where the law gives you a warranty we cannot exclude, that warranty stands.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, WaveApp LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for anything connected to Everycork is limited to what you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim, as recorded by the store. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit.

11. Law and disputes

These terms follow the law of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections and courts of the place where you live still apply. Write to support@everycork.com first; most problems are settled by email.

12. Changes to these terms

We will tell you about a material change in the app's update notes before it takes effect. If one clause cannot be enforced, the rest stand.
